Chega de violência!

Zero Desperdício = Zero Fome

O flagelo do desperdício de alimentos ainda acontece em Portugal flagrantemente, temos o exemplo das toneladas de alimentos que vão dos supermercados directamente para o lixo todas as semanas. 

Isto vem em consonância com as notícias que ultimamente têm sido veiculadas, mediante a preocupação face ao aumento da população mundial, da Fome  e a agenda da ONU que encetou uma campanha também contra o desperdício alimentar. (link para notícia)

É necessária actuação local que até pode ser em regime de voluntariado dos jovens, por exemplo,  para recolha de alimentos ou estabelecimento de protocolos junto dos supermercados (como é sabido e foi noticiado, o Pingo Doce é uma das cadeias, penso que com franchising, que deita muitos produtos para o lixo, nomeadamente gourmets! :D ) para esse efeito e posterior distribuição/entrega junto das instituições carenciadas nas respectivas localidades.

Sei que já há muitas empresas que doam os alimentos, mas quando ainda há toneladas a serem desperdiçadas é necessário fazer algo.

Há actos simples que mitigam a estupidez que é o desperdício e o desaproveitamento quando há cada vez mais necessidade em todas as populações locais. É só uma questão de boa organização, como quase tudo :)
